Hebei Yikang Knitting and Cotton-weaving Co., Ltd. is the biggest company in knitting& cotton textiles industry in Hebei. It is also the company that has the most kinds of product in that industry. YiKang’s export history lasts for 30 years.

Hebei Yikang Knitting and Cotton-weaving Co., Ltd. locates in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, 20 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang Airport, 290 kilometers south to Beijing, 300 kilometers from Tianjin Port. Three railroad, Jing-Guang, shi-Tai and Shi-de, concentrate here. Jing-Zhang and Jing-Shen freeway pass here. Our location is superior; the traffic is convenient.

At present, there’re 1180 staff members in the company, among which 240 technicians are included. There are 150 staff members who have gained medium-grade or senior professional title in the company. YiKang has two subsidiary companies, six branch factories, ten departments. All the five leaders in the company have graduated from junior college and have worked as leaders for more than 15 years. All the managers get their position by competition; they are informed and have necessary ability and practical experience to take the charge.

We own a property of 2 billion, have more than 800 advanced production equipments bought from domestic and abroad, including 300 cloth machines, 16 wrap knitting machines, 8 flat knitting machines, 30 dye & tidy equipments, 380 sew equipments and 70 other corollary equipments; the company can knit, dye, tidy and make clothes all internally. We produce 8 spectrums, more than one hundred kinds of product, including baby things, bath things, clean things, beddings, clothes, environmental protection product, weaving gray fabric, knitting gray fabric and dyed cloth). We product 30 million meters of gray fabric and dyed cloth, 1500 tons of knitting production, 500 thousand clothes annually. In our company, equipment is advanced, testing measure is complete, technical ability is fine, research and development ability is good.

Depending on technical innovation, we develop new production continuously in order to establish a seller market; depending on good credit management and fine service, we attract customers. 8 kinds of our product supply the gap in province, and 5 kinds of our product supply the domestic gap and gain national patent. One of them is the superfine fiber series product. Because of the early development, abundant production, advanced production process, environmental production and wide usefulness, the superfine fiber series product is well known both domestically and abroad and popular in more than 50 countries and areas such as the Europe Union, the USA, Japan, and southeast Asia. Our product has attained the prize such as High Grade Products in Hebei, Excellence Tourist Goods, Fine Credit Goods and Golden Prize in Chinese Agriculture Exposition.

Especially our plait-belt style water treatment filling, which is developed independently by us and is used in the sewage treatment project, has advantages as follows: big surface area, high air ratio, fine treat effect etc. The filling has been listed in National Torch Plan Project and National Environmental Protection Practical Technology Promotion Project. At present, the production line item for plait-belt style water treatment filling, which involves 65million RMB total investment, has completed. The line can produce 2000 tons of that kind of fillings annually. We are preparing to construct another production line for loofah compound clean things, which involves 20 million RMB and can produce 1800 tons goods annually.
